Do you work on residential and commercial projects?

Yes. We work on both domestic and commercial projects, from private homes to construction sites and large scale developments.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for all work we carry out.

Can you work outside normal hours or weekends?

Yes. We are flexible and can work outside normal working hours where required, including evenings and weekends, to help keep projects running smoothly.

How do you price work?

Pricing depends on the type of work, access, materials required and the size of the project. As a guide, internal work starts from £2.50 per metre and external from £5.50 per metre. We can price per metre or per job, whichever suits the project best.

Does the price include materials?

In most cases, yes. Materials, preparation and labour are included unless stated otherwise in the quote, and quotes are free and no-obligation.

What type of sealant work do you specialise in?

We specialise in all aspects of sealant application, including internal finishes, bathrooms, kitchens, concrete floor joints, expansion joints, windows, doors and external sealing work.

What sealant products do you use?

We use high quality, professional grade sealants suitable for each specific application, to ensure a long lasting finish.

Do you colour match sealants?

Yes. We can colour match sealants where possible to achieve a clean, professional finish.

Do you remove old sealant before replacing it?

Yes. Old or failed sealant is properly removed and the area is prepared before new sealant is applied.

Do you guarantee your workmanship?

Yes. We take pride in delivering high quality work and always aim for a professional, long lasting finish.

Why should I replace old sealant?

Old or damaged sealant can lead to water damage, draughts, mould and an untidy finish. Replacing it helps protect surfaces and keeps everything looking clean and professional.
